All the houses are distributed in the seven buildings that form the residential located in Playa d’en Bossa, Ibiza. This fact allows that the apartments have excellent views of the sea regardless of the floor that they are.
The apartments have two or three bedrooms located in the back of the buildings and they have in common a big terrace in front of the sea where the living room starts next to the kitchen and the laundry. There are two bathrooms too. Furthermore, all the houses are built to take advantage of the light, the views the sun and the cross vents. The distribution and the design of the apartments vary depending on the characteristics of the building that’s why you can find 12 different types of apartments.
